Concord home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Concord rose by $32,000 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,000 - a 22.2% increase over the $144,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Concord in the third quarter of 2016.
