Akron home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Akron fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 2.8% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Akron in the third quarter of 2016.
