Brant home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Brant fell by $93,253 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,250 - a 53.4% decrease over the $174,503 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Brant in the third quarter of 2016.
