East Aurora home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in East Aurora fell by $11,500 while total sales increased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,500 - a 5% decrease over the $232,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in East Aurora in the fourth quarter of 2016.
