Town Line home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Town Line fell by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,450 - a 1.5% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Town Line in the fourth quarter of 2016.
