Billington Heights home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Billington Heights fell by $33,120 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,880 - a 16.2% decrease over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Billington Heights in the fourth quarter of 2016.
