Hamburg home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Hamburg rose by $10,600 while total sales decreased by 10.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 177 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 7% increase over the $150,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 198 homes sold in Hamburg in the fourth quarter of 2016.
