Concord home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Concord rose by $28,050 while total sales increased by 90%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 25.3% increase over the $110,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Concord in the fourth quarter of 2016.
