Holland (Erie County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Holland in Erie County rose by $24,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,450 - a 21.7% increase over the $112,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Holland in the fourth quarter of 2016.
