Kenmore home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Kenmore rose by $15,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 84 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 13% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Kenmore in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
