North Collins (Erie County) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in North Collins in Erie County fell by $37,605 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $49,000 - a 43.4% decrease over the $86,605 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in North Collins in the fourth quarter of 2016.
