Lake Erie Beach home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Lake Erie Beach fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,500 - a 11.5% decrease over the $109,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Lake Erie Beach in the fourth quarter of 2016.
