Boston home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Boston rose by $13,550 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,750 - a 6.6% increase over the $205,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Boston in January 2016.
