Williamsville home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Williamsville fell by $17,783 while total sales decreased by 70.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,217 - a 10.8% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Williamsville in January 2016.
