West Seneca (Erie County) home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in West Seneca in Erie County rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 32.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 13.5% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in West Seneca in January 2016.
