Evans home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Evans rose by $3,450 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,450 - a 2.6% increase over the $134,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Evans in January 2016.
