The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Clarence Center rose by $51,300 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,500 - a 21.7% increase over the $236,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Clarence Center in September 2016.
