Kenmore home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Kenmore rose by $21,615 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 16.2% increase over the $133,385 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Kenmore in September 2016.
