Kenmore home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Kenmore rose by $12,400 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,900 - a 10.5% increase over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Kenmore in October 2016.
