Aurora home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Aurora rose by $32,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,000 - a 15.9% increase over the $201,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Aurora in December 2016.
