Springville home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Springville fell by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,500 - a 14.6% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Springville in November 2016.
