Boston home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Boston fell by $95,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,000 - a 35.2% decrease over the $271,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Boston in December 2016.
