Town Line home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Town Line fell by $5,050 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,450 - a 2.8% decrease over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Town Line in December 2016, as well.
