Lancaster home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Lancaster rose by $28,647 while total sales increased by 22.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,500 - a 20.5% increase over the $139,853 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Lancaster in December 2016.
