Hamburg home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Hamburg fell by $4,750 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,500 - a 2.9% decrease over the $165,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Hamburg in December 2016.
