The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in West Seneca in Erie County rose by $20,556 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,050 - a 15.6% increase over the $131,495 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in West Seneca in December 2016.
