Springville home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Springville rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 18% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Springville in December 2016.
