Kenmore home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Kenmore rose by $15,300 while total sales increased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $114,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Kenmore in December 2016.
