Concord home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Concord fell by $65,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 44.8% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Concord in December 2016.
