Boston home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Boston fell by $38,750 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 17.7% decrease over the $218,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Boston in January 2017.
