Lancaster home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Lancaster fell by $28,978 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,022 - a 14.5% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Lancaster in January 2017.
