Kenmore home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Kenmore rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $110,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Kenmore in February 2017.
