Amherst home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Amherst rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,500 - a 23.3% increase over the $161,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Amherst in February 2017.
