Kenmore home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Kenmore fell by $33,600 while total sales increased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,400 - a 26.7% decrease over the $126,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Kenmore in January 2017.
