Hamburg home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Hamburg rose by $2,450 while total sales decreased by 94.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,450 - a 1.8% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Hamburg in February 2017.
