On Sunday, March 9, former St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute standout Thomas Zwirecki’s current college team, the Canisius Golden Griffins, lost 12-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Cincinnati Bearcats.

The game took place at UC Baseball Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Bearcats this season.

The Golden Griffins’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 2 p.m. at Mercyhurst Baseball Field against Mercyhurst Lakers.
