On Saturday, April 5, former Grand Island Senior High School standout Brayden Willats’ current college team, the Mercyhurst Lakers, lost 11-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the LIU Sharks.

The game took place at LIU Baseball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Sharks this season.

The Lakers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 2 p.m. at Mercyhurst Baseball Field against Niagara Purple Eagles.
