On Friday, May 2, former Williamsville North High School standout Sarah Parzych’s current college team, the D’Youville Saints, won 10-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Mercy Mavericks.
The game took place at Spartan Field. This was their fifth matchup against the Mavericks this season.
The Saints’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 11 a.m. at Spartan Field against St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans.

The Buffalo Bills took part in their third annual full team community takeover on May 28 by visiting eight schools across Western New York. Players engaged with students through games and activities at each location.
The Buffalo Bills have signed inside linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles to a one-year contract. The team also released wide receiver Max Tomczak to make room on the roster.
