On Wednesday, March 12, former Nichols School standout Isabella Russo’s current college team, the Case Western Reserve Spartans, lost 8-6 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Redlands Bulldogs.
The game took place at The Field of Dreams. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 2 p.m. at The Field of Dreams against Redlands Bulldogs.
Buffalo Bandits’ Dhane Smith has been named an NLL MVP finalist while teammate Kyle Buchanan is up for Sportsmanship honors again this season. Both players were recognized as finalists last year as well.
