On Saturday, March 22, former Williamsville South High School standout Gretchen Dolan’s current collegiate team the Illinois Fighting Illini won 66-57 against the Creighton Bluejays in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.
Hosted in Moody Center, this was the first game against the Creighton Bluejays during the championship.
The Illinois Fighting Illini’s next game will take place on Monday, March 24 at 1 p.m. in Moody Center against Texas Longhorns.
Gretchen Dolan’s hometown is Buffalo and game position is guard.
