On Saturday, March 8, former Williamsville East High School standout Nate Milk’s current college team, the Niagara Purple Eagles, won 10-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Stony Brook Seawolves.
The game took place at Joe Nathan Field. This was their second matchup against the Seawolves this season.
The Purple Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Joe Nathan Field against Stony Brook Seawolves.

Buffalo Sabres coach Lindy Ruff announced that rookie Noah Ostlund will miss time due to injury suffered during Game 5 against Boston. Josh Norris is expected back as Buffalo prepares for another playoff matchup.
David Pastrnak scored an overtime winner as the Bruins beat the Sabres to avoid elimination. The playoff series now heads back to Boston with Buffalo leading three games to two.
