Kenmore Mercy Hospital has appointed Andrew Croisdale, MBA, as Vice President of Operations. Croisdale transitions to this position after serving as the Director of Operations since 2022. His career at Catholic Health began in 2007, where he has worked on projects focused on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and expanding services.

Croisdale’s new responsibilities include overseeing ancillary services and focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and growth opportunities. He will plan, implement, and direct the hospital’s operational activities while collaborating with Kenmore Mercy’s management team to meet financial, strategic, and operational targets.

“Andrew has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and patient-centered care,” said Walt Ludwig, President of Kenmore Mercy Hospital. “His leadership, strategic insight and dedication to our mission make him an outstanding choice for this position. We are confident Andrew will continue to drive meaningful improvements and support the growth of our hospital in this new role.”

Croisdale holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a BS in Business Management from Niagara University. He is also Green Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma.

Beyond his professional role at Kenmore Mercy Hospital, Croisdale is active in community activities. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Ken-Ton Chamber of Commerce and participates in various community events in the Tonawandas. Croisdale resides in Wilson with his wife Erin and their two children.
