On Tuesday, March 25, former Lancaster High School standouts Frankie Morris and Madison LaPenta’s current college team, the Niagara Purple Eagles, lost 16-8 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Youngstown State Penguins.

The game took place at YSU Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Penguins this season.

The Purple Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 3 at 2 p.m. at Niland Athletic Complex against Le Moyne Dolphins.
