On Thursday, March 6, former Eden High School standout Lydia Kobie’s current college team, the Tiffin Dragons, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Grand Valley State Lakers.
The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Lakers this season.
The Dragons’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 6 at 4:30 p.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Lynn Fighting Knights.

Buffalo Sabres coach Lindy Ruff announced that rookie Noah Ostlund will miss time due to injury suffered during Game 5 against Boston. Josh Norris is expected back as Buffalo prepares for another playoff matchup.
David Pastrnak scored an overtime winner as the Bruins beat the Sabres to avoid elimination. The playoff series now heads back to Boston with Buffalo leading three games to two.
