Dave DiPietro, a member of the New York State Assembly, has recently posted several statements on his Twitter account addressing political and legislative issues in Albany.

On January 13, 2026, DiPietro expressed criticism of the current political environment in Albany. He wrote, “BREAKING Back in the Albany legislative halls, members run on corruption and ‘tolerance.’ I’m here to expose and bring awareness to our plight as residents in one of the most beautiful states in the Union. The Governor must resign. The Communists must go. And every illegal”.

In a separate post made moments later on January 13, 2026, DiPietro shared an image or message with the caption “This is what we call a Patriot”.

On January 14, 2026, DiPietro addressed National Human Trafficking Prevention Month and discussed his legislative efforts related to this issue. He stated, “January is National Human Trafficking Prevention Month. I, along with my fellow colleagues, am proud to sponsor and co-sponsor important legislation that will crack down on assault related crimes and ensure that survivors will receive justice. Research Assembly bills A160,”

Dave DiPietro represents New York’s 147th Assembly District and has been known for taking strong stances on various state policy issues.
