Community leader Mindy Cervoni expands support for disabilities across Western New York

Mindy Cervoni has been a prominent figure in the field of community services for over 23 years. As the President and CEO of Community Services for Every1, she leads an organization that supports more than 2,200 individuals across Western New York and employs over 950 staff members. The agency is dedicated to providing person-centered services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those facing chronic health conditions, mental health issues, and domestic violence.

Cervoni’s leadership extends beyond her role at Community Services for Every1. She chairs several boards including the Developmental Disability Alliance of WNY and Person Centered Services of WNY. Her board memberships also include Crisis Services, Hilbert College, Community Services Housing Corporations, Community Services Support Foundation, Live Like Luca: The Luca S. Calanni Foundation, TriaDD, and the New York Alliance for Inclusion and Innovation.

In addition to these roles, Cervoni is involved with various advisory boards such as the Department of Health Disability and Health Advisory Board and the NY START Advisory Council. She contributes to initiatives like Millennium Collaborative Care’s Community-Based Organizations Task Force and serves on committees such as the NY Alliance Managed Care Council.

Cervoni holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Carolina. She is a Certified Licensing Professional with additional qualifications including a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma and a certificate in Administrative Management from the University at Buffalo.

Her accolades include a C-Level Executive Award for excellence in nonprofit work and recognition among Western New York’s most influential business leaders by Business First Women of Influence lists. Her contributions to the community are evident through projects like career centers, affordable housing development, and free healthy cooking classes.
