Former Hamburg High School basketball star Clara Strack’s college team, the Kentucky Wildcats, edged out the West Virginia Mountaineers 74-73 in the NCAA Tournament on Monday, March 23.
The matchup was held at Hope Coliseum with a start time of 5 p.m.
The Wildcats are set to play their next game on Saturday, March 28, at 2:15 p.m. at Dickies Arena.
