New York collected $1.8 billion in miscellaneous tax revenue during the 3rd quarter, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Quarterly Summary of State and Local Taxes.

On Dec. 11, 2020, Salvatory Izoduha purchased a six bedroom, two bathroom home at 311 Bird, Buffalo from Loretta Cammilleri, Isabelle V. Ex Bochiechio (also known as), Peter F. Cammilleri (also known as) and Peter A. Cammilleri (also known as) for $121,000.

On Dec. 11, 2020, Kenneth Hickok and Jennifer Hckok sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 15 Dennybrooke Lane, W. Seneca to Jeremy and Julianne Weingarden for $373,000.

The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 56 Morgott Ave., W. Seneca was sold on Dec. 11, 2020 by Brenda M Pokojowczyk for $202,000. The buyer was Derek Pugh.

On Dec. 11, 2020, Michael R. Polasik Jr. sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 4733 Kennison Parkway, Hamburg to Anthony J Demarco for $240,000.

The home at 52 Locust, Buffalo was sold on Dec. 11, 2020 by Keith Dauphin for $325,000. The buyer was D&H Capital Real Estate LLC.

The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 13375 Williston Road, Marilla was sold on Dec. 11, 2020 by Eugene P. and Charlene M. Szczecinski for $357,500. The buyers were John and Dawn White.

On Dec. 11, 2020, Patricia A. Thomas sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 712 Northumberland, Buffalo to MD Akbar Hassain for $105,000.

On Dec. 11, 2020, Kevin J. and Cindy L. Brown sold their four bedroom, one bathroom home at 115 Wrexham Court, Tonawanda to Yong Hee Lee for $175,000.
