The Buffalo Bills have released the lineup of game day themes for their 2025 regular season at Highmark Stadium. The schedule highlights community initiatives, cultural celebrations, and recognition events during each home game.

The season will open on September 7 with a matchup against the Ravens, marking the team’s final season opener at the current Highmark Stadium. According to the team, “Bills Mafia is going to make this one to remember as we face the Ravens for Sunday Night Football.”

On September 18, when the Bills play against the Dolphins, there will be a focus on Hispanic Heritage and cardiac health awareness through the Bills HEARTBEAT initiative. The organization stated, “We’ll be celebrating Hispanic Heritage in our community! We will also be acknowledging our continued commitment to improve the chance of surviving a cardiac arrest in our community with our Bills HEARTBEAT initiative.”

During Week 4 against the Saints, fans will see programming around Crucial Catch, an effort that aims to educate about personal health responsibility and honor individuals affected by cancer. “Crucial Catch is a year-round initiative to educate fans on the importance of taking their health into their own hands! This game, we will honor those fighting cancer, survivors, and their families,” said representatives.

Week 5’s contest versus the Patriots will highlight Huddle for Hunger—a partnership between Buffalo Bills Foundation and Wegmans—to address food insecurity locally. The event supports local hunger-relief charities in Western New York.

For Week 9 against Kansas City Chiefs, Salute to Service activities are planned as part of an NFL-wide campaign recognizing service members and veterans. As noted by organizers: “Salute to Service represents the NFL’s unwavering dedication to honoring, empowering, and connecting with our nation’s service members, veterans, and their families.”

The November 16 home game versus Tampa Bay Buccaneers falls during Native American Heritage Month. The team said it would use this occasion “to celebrate Native American Heritage month and honor the beautiful and rich culture of their community.”

In Week 14 against Cincinnati Bengals, standout high school football coaches from Buffalo and Rochester regions will be recognized before kickoff. A Coach of the Year from each region is set to be announced at a special ceremony. Additionally, “we will honor this year’s Buffalo Bills Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee,” according to team statements.

Week 17’s Play 60/Inspire Change theme spotlights student wellness efforts through Play 60 Charged Up By Wegmans program while also supporting social justice work under Inspire Change—the league’s initiative focused on reducing barriers for communities of color.

The regular season concludes with a farewell celebration during Week 18 versus the Jets—marking what is expected to be one last home game at Highmark Stadium before any potential changes or moves.

Attendees can purchase commemorative tickets after each home game featuring photos from memorable moments; these tickets return for another year in response to fan interest. Season Ticket Members receive exclusive discounts on these items.
