The Buffalo Bills have signed linebacker Jimmy Ciarlo to a one-year contract, the team announced on Wednesday.
Ciarlo, entering his second year in the NFL, played college football at Army West Point from 2020 to 2023. He served as team captain during his final season and finished with 58 tackles and 5.5 tackles for loss. Ciarlo is originally from Ringwood, New Jersey, and attended St. Joseph Regional before joining the United States Military Academy Preparatory School (USMAPS).
Last season, Ciarlo was with the New York Jets but did not play in any games after being placed on injured reserve.
Ciarlo will wear jersey number 35 for the Bills. To make room on the roster, Buffalo has designated linebacker Baylon Spector as waived/injured.
